The deadline for submitting a short story is October 25. Story submissions can be sent to askus@hackleylibrary.org, with ‘Write for Fright’ and your name in the subject line. The winning story will be announced and read on the HPL Facebook page on October 30th. Stories should be 2500 words or fewer. Only one story per applicant. Call 231-722-8000 with questions! Ages 16+.
