In honor of AH FEST 2016 and all things Dennis Lehane, please read a Dennis Lehane book in September and/or October, then, come out to hear and meet the author on Oct. 27. Dennis Lehane books are available at Barnes and Noble.
Films based on Dennis Lehane novels will be shown at the Muskegon Museum of Art on Wednesdays in October. All the films are free and open to the public. Each will be followed with a brief discussion.
All films will be shown at the Muskegon Museum of Art, where there will be a cash bar for beer and wine, along with free popcorn. All films begin at 6 p.m. Please do not be late. The doors will be closed very close to 6 p.m.
A mystery drama film directed and scored by Clint Eastwood. It stars Academy Award winners Sean Penn and Tim Robbins, along with Kevin Bacon, Laurence Fishburne, Marcia Gay Harden, and Laura Linney. The screenplay by Brian Helgeland was based on the novel of the same name by Dennis Lehane.
