Brand new film that may put actor Matthias Schoenaerts in the running for the 2019 Academy Award Best Actor Award. This is a sometimes-brutal film, based on true events, and there will not be a dry eye in the house. The hope at the end is justly earned, and Matthias disappears in this rugged role.
Doors open at 5:30. Free admittance and popcorn.
Every Wednesday night in October at the Muskegon Museum of Art. Films begin at 6:00 PM with a brief introduction by MCC English and Film instructor Mary Tyler. Each film ends with an optional discussion lead by Mary Tyler.
